We are manufacturing from Mist Nozzles in Qatar. Misting systems are used to cool outdoor spaces in all sorts of industries and for all kinds of purposes.
Manufacturers and suppliers of Misting nozzles in Qatar. We have a wide variety of mist and fog nozzles that are designed, manufactured, tested, and deployed as per application requirements. The full cone or hollow cone pattern produced by nozzles will break down into a fine fog or mist for a certain distance from the nozzle orifice. A fine mist or fog pattern is characterized by having a low flow rate of very small water droplet particles. Typically this pattern will be used for evaporation cooling, moistening or humidifying applications.

Fog, mist, or spray? What's suitable for your purpose?

Whether a given discharge is classified as a fog, mist or spray depends on the mean droplet size of the water particle.

The choice between fog, mist, or spray will depend on the specific purpose and the environment in which it will be used. Here are some general guidelines to help you choose the right best misting nozzle:

Fog: Fog is the smallest droplet size, typically less than 20-30 microns, and creates a dense cloud-like effect. Fog is suitable for cooling, humidifying, and controlling dust in outdoor environments.

Mist: Mist has droplets that are larger than fog, typically between 30-60 microns, and creates a fine mist that is visible but does not create a dense cloud. Mist is suitable for cooling, humidifying, and controlling dust in indoor and outdoor environments.

Spray: Spray has the largest droplet size, typically over 60 microns, and creates a visible stream of liquid. The spray is suitable for cleaning, disinfecting, and applying chemicals in indoor and outdoor environments.

A hydraulic nozzle will produce finer and finer droplets as liquid pressure is raised. So a nozzle that produces a mist at 10 bar pressure may well produce a fog spraying at 20 bar pressure. This means the term fog nozzle and misting nozzle are generally interchangeable as the same nozzle may well be able to produce both a mist or a fog depending on the operating pressure. Higher the pressure, lesser the water droplet size.

When choosing between fog, mist, or spray, consider the intended purpose and the environment in which it will be used. For example, if you need to cool an outdoor patio or control dust on a construction site, then fog may be the best option. On the other hand, if you need to humidify a large indoor space, then mist may be more suitable. If you need to disinfect surfaces or apply chemicals, then a spray nozzle may be the best choice.

Mist / Fog Nozzle Design Variants
Following are three common designs of hydraulic fine mist spray nozzles:

Small orifice fine misting nozzles operate by forcing fluid through a very small orifice. The sheering forces break the fluid into fine droplets.

Impingement misting nozzles operate impacting the fluid on the pin just underneath the exit orifice. This breaks the liquid into very fine droplets.

In addition to the above nozzles, Air Atomising nozzles are also commonly used for mist and fog generation. Air Atomizing Nozzles pneumatic nozzles use compressed air to break apart the fluid being sprayed allowing for very fine atomization even at low fluid pressures. Air atomizing nozzles can produce a variety of different initial spray patterns but due to the fine droplet size at a certain distance from the nozzle, these will form fogs or mist.

Misting nozzles create a very fine mist or fog. Droplets are typically small enough allowing drops to float. Misting nozzles function in cooling by atomizing pressurized water into aerosol particles. so it can be used in a wide range of applications.

NATURE AND USES OF MISTING NOZZLES:
Here are some key characteristics, advantages, and details of the misting nozzle:

When the water flows through the fogger nozzles, it evaporates. This process is known as flash evaporation. It is because of this process of flash evaporation that the mist is created, which is responsible for cooling the area. Some misting nozzles also contain a filtration system that can catch hold of the fine sediment particles that may lead to clogging. A few high-quality nozzles have a dual filter system.

One thing that has to be kept in mind is that these nozzles have to be regularly cleaned. Not doing so may lead to severe clogging. Moreover, if broken, they would have to be changed or replaced. When cleaning a mist or fogger nozzle, it is advisable to remove it and keep it in a bowl containing a solution of vinegar and water. These can also prove to be efficient in eliminating debris if any.

If you opt to clean the mist spray nozzles with vinegar solution, make sure you soak the nozzle overnight. After doing this, all you need to do is remove the sediment particles with a slight tap. In order to get rid of clogging, you can use a brush or a smooth cloth rather than a sharp implement.

There are two popular basic types of fine mist spray nozzles that are available in the market – brass and ceramic. The brass nozzles are entirely made of brass and have stainless steel tips and are known for providing reliable performance for a long time. Ceramic nozzles a made through a combination of a ceramic insert or entirely with ceramic material. These nozzles are commonly used along with high-pressure misting fans to provide the finest mist possible.

These nozzles come in a variety of orifice sizes. They are effective even at extreme PSI levels varying from 30 to 1500.

Low-pressure misting nozzles
come in many different forms of quality; make sure that your nozzles are brass with a stainless steel insert tip. Many companies sell cheaper, plastic nozzles and brass nozzles without a stainless steel tip and the quality is not as good.

All our nozzles are manufactured using industry-standard materials like SS316 and Brass. so our nozzles last longer.

Mist And Fog Nozzle Application:

Mist or fog nozzles have a variety of applications across various industries. Here is a list of some of the most common applications:

Cooling: Mist and fog nozzles are used to cool outdoor and indoor environments such as patios, gardens, and greenhouses. They are also used to cool machinery in industrial settings.

Humidification: Mist and fog nozzles are used to add moisture to the air in dry climates or in indoor environments with low humidity. They are commonly used in greenhouses, nurseries, and indoor gardens.

Dust control: Dust suppression mist and fog nozzles are used to control dust in industrial and construction settings. The mist or fog can bind with dust particles in the air, making them heavier and causing them to settle on the ground.

Odor control: Odur control fog mister nozzles are used to control odors in industrial and commercial settings. The mist or fog can neutralize unpleasant odors by chemically reacting with the odor molecules.

Special effects: Special effect fogger nozzles are used in entertainment settings to create special effects, such as smoke or fog. They are commonly used in theater productions, concerts, and theme parks.

Agriculture: Mist and fog nozzles are used in agriculture to control the microclimate and to protect crops from frost, insect pests, and diseases.

Fire suppression: Fire suppression fog spray nozzle systems to cool the fire and suppress flames and smoke.

Food processing: Mist and fog nozzles are used in food processing to control temperature, humidity, and cleanliness.

Healthcare: Mist and fog nozzles are used in healthcare settings for air sterilization, surface disinfection, and controlling airborne pathogens.

Automotive: Mist and fog nozzles are used in automotive settings for engine cooling and emissions reduction.

And other purpose includes
Dust Control and Suppression, Gas Scrubbing, Lubrication, Painting, Cleaning / Washing, Coating, aeration, Climate Control, Greenhouse and Gardens, Poultry and Livestock Housing, Landscaping, Pest & Disease Control, Odor control, and Humidification.
